This Week

This Week: "Japanese whalers have used a research loophole to hunt relatively abundant minke whales for years. This is the first time they have used the research clause to kill the two much rarer and less understood whale species. Meat from the whales being 'studied' is sold to Japanese consumers, who consider it a delicacy. The plan calls for killing 50 Bryde's whales and ten sperm whales. Both species are protected under U.S. law "
