'Rabbi Bulman said that at Ohr Somayach they didn't believe such a community could exist in chutz la'aretz, with baalei teshuva and other frum people living together so harmoniously,' said Rabbi Zupnick. 'He was very impressed with what he saw here in Passaic.'
